1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All transactions on phpasay are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is completed; phpasay is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate account information provided by the user. 7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phpasay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming funds due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control. phpasay's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
